Brandkind Code of Conduct

Brandkind is committed to operating in a sustainable and responsible manner. We respect customers and the communities we work in, ensuring to the best of our abilities that our operations are economically, ecologically, and socially sustainable.

Good corporate citizenship

We actively work to ensure all our practices and daily operations comply with national and international laws, regulations, and guidelines. These include laws on workers’ rights, health and safety at work, environmental legislation and laws on competition, anti-corruption, and other financial responsibilities.

Honest and transparent communications

We communicate honestly and transparently with all our stakeholders: Owners, employees, customers, partners, subcontractors, and service providers. The principles of honest communications mean transparent, accurate and correctly timed communications.

Information and data security

We protect the confidential information provided to us through both technical and practical arrangements. We do not use sensitive of confidential client information to our own benefit. We do not disclose any client or project information to 3rd parties without prior permission. We are aware of our responsibility in the value chain and vigilantly work to ensure information and data security.

Employee health, safety, and well-being

We recognize our responsibility as an employer to our employees, their working conditions and the related impact on their health, safety, and well-being. We provide our employees with a safe working environment and health services in accordance with local legislation.

Equality, inclusivity, and human rights

We respect all people and ensure that all employees, clients, partners, and service providers are treated equally and with due respect and dignity. We do not practice or accept discrimination or differential treatment of any kind based on gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or religious beliefs.

Responsible client selection

Brandkind actively offers its services to industrial B2B companies that operate in accordance with sustainable and responsible business practices. Our ideal clients create solutions that improve the sustainable performance of their industry and/or their customer industries. Brandkind does not work with instances based on potentially polarizing topics such as political or religious (spiritual) ideologies.

Each employee has, within reason, the right to refuse working on a client account that is in strong conflict with their personal beliefs. 

Responsible procurement

We purchase products and services responsibly and only based on need. We pay attention to the environmental impact of procurement and actively encourage our suppliers to be equally conscientious.

We do not accept bribery in any form

Offering and receiving bribes is illegal. Brandkind and its staff do not give nor accept bribes, nor take other criminal action to promote business.

Responsibility towards the community and environment

We are committed to understanding, minimizing, and preventing the adverse environmental impact of our operations. Brandkind’s operations are governed by our Environmental Policy, which aims to minimize the company’s direct and indirect environmental impact.

We act in accordance with the above principles

This Code of Conduct describes the ethical principles driving Brandkind’s operations. We require all our employees to work in accordance with these guidelines and dispute any action discovered to the contrary.

Notifications are always handled confidentially. Brandkind is committed to taking immediate corrective action in matters that are a violation to these principles.
