Brandkind people: Niina Pippuri
Account Director Niina Pippuri was recently appointed COO of Brandkind. Even though her title and role has changed, for Niina the customer is always at the center of her work. Our customers’ trust in Niina stems from the relaxed atmosphere she creates, but also from her tight grip on even the most challenging projects.

Laughter. It is as integral to Nina’s personality as her straightforwardness.
Customer-centric approach
People like Niina create the foundation for a positive customer experience. Our customers know her as an effective account manager who is far from formal. She believes that we all have the opportunity and responsibility to choose how we communicate with people.
“I think we all have superpowers and mine is positivity and making things happen. Work doesn’t have to be too serious, and everything always gets done when you do things one task at a time,” Niina sums up her philosophy.
The most important thing in her work is placing herself in the shoes of the customer, trying to understand their needs and wishes. “While it is important for our own business to develop and grow customer relationships, an enduring customer relationship and deeper industry insight will always serve the customer as well.”
Driven by new challenges
Niina does not see problems, but rather challenges that exist to be solved. “Sometimes we may start off from very different viewpoints with the customer, but always in the end there is a common understanding. Sometimes it just means doing things again or differently.”
As a rule, all our work – regardless of the customer industry – aims to develop and support the customer’s business through marketing and communications. And when everything goes smoothly, thanks go to everyone. “The best part of my job is when I get to tell our team that our work is paying off and the customer is satisfied,” Niina says. “When the customer succeeds, we succeed too.”
Excited by new opportunities
Niina is already into her tenth year at Brandkind. “I am very excited about the new role and feel that I have skills and vision that will benefit the company. Here at Brandkind, we are always encouraged to take on new challenges, and I am so excited to help develop Brandkind’s direction for the future,” Niina says.
Prior to her leap into the advertising industry, she has worked in a wide range of positions in the field of media, gaining an understanding of both the impact of advertising and the use of media. At Brandkind, Niina has been responsible for customer relationships with companies from all walks of life, from the software world to heavy industry. “It is a privilege to work with many industries and sectors, all of which have their own interesting sides.”
Responsibility is the future
Responsibility is important to Niina personally, but also in customer relationships. Brandkind has been pleased to see how more and more companies want to communicate and promote the responsibility of their business. “It’s nice to work with customers who feel that sustainability is an important part of business and take it seriously.”
