A good brief is the key to successful cooperation and, ultimately, customer satisfaction. That’s why in 2021 Brandkind started rewarding our clients for delivering the best brief we receive every year.

This year’s laureate is known in our office for clear Power Points with all the elements in place. Her briefs explain what kind of product you want for the campaign, what kind of background factors need to be taken into account, what elements the campaign consists of and, most importantly, when is everything supposed to be ready.

The Best Brief award for 2022 goes to ABB’s Content Development Manager Isa Ågren!

Customer comes first

“Even the slightest help I can give to the customer makes cooperation easier,” says Ågren, who was pleasantly surprised by the award. For her, a good brief is a way to structure her own thoughts as well.

“When it comes to technical products and B2B customers, I myself have to ask a lot about the benefits of our solutions for the customer. That’s where it starts,” Ågren says. When the benefits of the product are clearly known to everyone, things proceed more smoothly.

Ågren admits that she spends a lot of time on background work. “It’s worth it if I can clearly say what we want, and the customer doesn’t have to ask questions afterwards. This saves time in the end.” No wonder she has received praise from elsewhere, but never before for an award.

Environment close to heart

Isa Ågren plans to donate Brandkind’s €500 prize to the John Nurminen Foundation. “Environmental protection, the seas and especially the Baltic Sea have always been close to my heart,” Ågren explains. The issue is so important to her that just before the interview she had gone to donate her hair to a project that weaves oil absorption mats from hair to protect the Baltic Sea.

Brandkind congratulates Isa Ågren and encourages others to take environmental action!
